**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic Data & Insights Analyst to join our Data team.

**About the role**

Responsible for the fulfilment of Data Services requests within Service Level Agreement, or in a timely manner depending on the fulfilment criteria, as well as maintaining systems and information that provide our customers with optimum data specific to their need

**Duties**
- Fulfilment of S&MS Marketing and data lists within Service Level Agreement or as negotiated depending on the complexity of the work requested.
- Fulfilment of file matching or data rationalisation jobs and any browse and review if required.
- Scope customer requirements and work with and provide advice to the internal RMS and S&MS sales function to ensure best possible customer solution.
- Act as a pivot point between sales and I.T. where more complex automated delivery solutions are required.
- Maintaining and servicing of existing databases to perpetuate quality output.
- To achieve decreasing error rates whilst maintaining speed of output, ensure entire data outputs are checked carefully prior to being sent to customers.
- Identify data integrity issues and proactively identify solutions to improve processes and data accuracy.
- Create, maintain and perform analytics and statistical reports required to assist all internal teams including Marketing, Trade, RMS and S&MS.
- Extract, verify and update trade reference information queried in trade verification process.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Tertiary qualification, i.e. Business / Mathematics / Science / Engineering / IT tertiary degree.
- Demonstrated focus on illion’s, with a high level of performance, team skills, and work standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SQL or R Languages
