People & Culture Coordinator

As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will provide administration support for our HR Centres of Expertise, which includes our People Advice Centre, Talent and DE&I teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in People & Culture, who has a passion for growing and supporting a vibrant Metcash community and culture.
What you’ll do
- Manage the administration of our employee communication system (“Our Local”, including posting content, reporting, responding to queries
- Oversee our People & Culture intranet pages, keeping content up to date and optimised
- Assist with developing communication and/or promotional materials for initiatives and programs
- Draft employee documentation
- Process employee changes in our HR system (SuccessFactors)
- Respond to queries where possible in relation to HR policies, processes and practices
- Scheduling meetings, creating meeting agencies and minute taking
- Budget administration and processing invoices
- Other general support as required (including leave coverage)
What you’ll bring
- Experience in human resources coordination or administration
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Collaborative team player
- High level integrity and sensitivity in working with confidential employee information
- Qualification in Human Resources field is highly regarded
