**CRM & Loyalty Manager** to join this booming global business
**A day in the life...**
- Bringing a fresh, creative and informed identity to the table, assisting in the development of the annual Marketing plan
- Ensuring you are organised and prioritised
- delivering agreed initiatives on time, in full and to budget
- Safe keeping and management of all digital initiatives (Online Ordering, Website, App, Delivery, CRM etc)
- Collaborating with your team and contributing to product development, design and execution of rewards program initiatives
- Managing CRM projects to increase customer experience and satisfaction
- Manage and develop a calendar of events to support KPIs and assist your team in overall event and content strategy
- Confidently be the face of all communications, engagements and incentives related to the company's rewards program
- Effectively build strong, long lasting & memorable relationships with all stakeholders of the business
**Who you are...**
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar role with CRM / database management responsibility
- Extensive experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Stand out personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for building strong relationships internally and externally
- Good attention to detail, ability to think strategically & a lover of problem solving
- Last but certainly not least, you're looking for a fun, hard working and vibrant work environment
