As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Managing Director and National Management Team. You will be accountable for business development, management of the tender process and full account management responsibilities for key client accounts.

You will also provide day-to-day support to the operations team, including development, implementation and ongoing management of agreed initiatives as stipulated in client contracts.

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end account management
- Business development through various tender opportunities
- Build strong client relationships through proactive client communication
- Ensure account KPIs are achieved
- Collaborate with an extended multi-disciplinary team to achieve business objectives

**Skills and Experience**
- Min 5 years in building services/facilities management, sales/account management or trade
- based operations
- Extensive bid writing / tendering experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft systems and CMMS
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership of small teams
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to perform under pressure and to tight timeframes.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

**Salary**: From $120,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
