Accounts & Admin

FX Services Australia is a Warriewood based fire equipment wholesaler, seeking an Accounts / Admin person. We are a National company with offices in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.

The Role - (Including, but not limited to).
Day to day accounts
Invoicing
Advanced Microsoft Office & MYOB
Answering and resolving accounts queries
Assisting with end of month reporting
Database management
Stock control
Liaising with suppliers both local and overseas answering queries
General administration duties.
About You:
Three + years’ experience in a similar role
Import and export documentation experience preferable
Must have experience in dealing with multiple stock lines across multiple locations
Value-adding to our existing processes, systems and procedures
Professional clear phone manner
Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines; and
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position is permanent part time. Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 1pm ideally, but we are flexible.

Part-time hours: 10 - 15 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
