This role will be managing the complete Accounts Payable function for Australia and New Zealand.

Further to this, Blackmores is due to undertake a systems and process transformation across core finance and resource management systems, which this role will be deeply involved in.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring all data is entered correctly and accurately and aged items are well managed. To provide accurate payment times and outstanding balance status reports, cash flow forecast and develop KPI’s (performance management) for benchmarking on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all suppliers are paid on time in accordance with supplier terms & statements; Blackmores is seen as a good corporate payer, and all taxation requirements affecting Accounts Payable are met.
- Lead in any Accounts Payable future projects to integrate other Blackmores’ businesses into the Group, support them as part of Group Finance and to play a key role in the ERP implementation.
- People manage and ensuring the team are high performing and motivated to achieve the Group Finance objective.
- Identify and drive process and system improvement relating to Accounts Payable.Provide succinct monthly performance reports to provide visibility on working capital metrics and aged or high-risk balances

**Who are you?**
- Strong working experience in Accounts Payable function coupled with previous people management experience.
- Strong problem solver and solution focused individual to identify areas of improvement and execute the necessary improvements.
