**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their dry cleaning and laundry needs.
- Provide expert advice on garment care and fashion-related inquiries.
- Ensure accurate tagging, logging, and handling of customer garments with utmost care.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Promote and upsell additional services to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A cheerful, friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of clothing, fabrics, and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills to recommend additional services or packages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the fashion industry is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $43,566.96 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
