Good Food Distributors is a proud, family-owned wholesale and distribution company established in 1994. We supply coffee, specialty beverages, smallgoods, premium meat, seafood, wine, and gourmet products to the foodservice and other sectors.

We are the proud brand holders for Lavazza Coffee, San Pellegrino, Primo Smallgoods, and many others — giving our customers the perfect mix of coffee, food, and beverage excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of coffee-focused accounts across cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets.
- Act as a coffee brand ambassador, promoting products, tastings, and training sessions with clients.
- Build strong customer relationships while securing new business opportunities.
- Drive results by achieving call rates, distribution, product mix, and sales volume targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on growth plans, promotions, and campaigns.
- Provide coffee product knowledge and training to help customers maximise sales.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ sales experience, ideally with a strong background in coffee, hospitality, or beverage sales.
- Deep understanding of coffee culture, brewing methods, and product knowledge.
- Track record of building customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.
- Professional presentation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and organised with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales systems.
- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
