
Administrator I Part-time

Due to an internal movement, GHD Victoria’s Administration team is now seeking an **Administrator **to work in partnership with the Victorian Leadership and Business Groups. This role is varied and fast-paced which will be essential to the commercial management of our projects and smooth operations of our business. **This role is available part-time, ideally 3 days (24 hours, Tuesday and Thursday are core days) but we are **open to discuss what flexibility means to you. **You will be positive and flexible in your approach to work with excellent attention to detail. In return for your experience, we’ll support your professional development by mentoring and coaching you to further strengthen your admin skills.
**Working as part of Victoria’s administration team, this position has great exposure and will see you**:
- Coordinate and manage all administration associated with the Victoria Tender Review Group (VicTRG)
- Schedule internal meetings, including inviting relevant audience, taking notes and follow up on the meeting outcomes
- Monitor the VicTRG Inbox and maintain GHD’s intranet page
- Provide administration support to staff including document preparation with letters, proposals, reports and marketing collateral
- Responsible for proof reading, formatting, collating information and finishing of documents all to the GHD standard
- General administration tasks as required

- Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
- Proactiveness and assurance in working with multiple stakeholders
- A strong focus on customer service and delivering outcomes
