We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our clinics in Collins Street, East Melbourne, South Yarra, Camberwell and Caulfield.

This is a full time, Fixed Term position (6-12 months) with the flexibility to work shifts between 6:00am - 8:30pm, Monday to Friday.

**What will you be doing?**
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
