**About the Role**
As a **Personal Assistant/Office Coordinator **you will be responsible for providing timely and personalised administrative and operational support to the CEO of the Payments Line of Business and other key Executives as required. The position will act as a key point of contact for the CEO as well as undertake key office coordination & administrative functions across the Oceania business.
Additionally in this integral role you will:
- Act as a key point of contact for the CEO providing a high level of stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties;
- Proactively manage workflow including complex diary, inbox & meeting management;
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the CEO’s (and other key Executives as requested);
- Manage highly confidential information;
- Assist with the coordination of employee events;
- Office coordination duties, including managing of the reception, incoming and outgoing correspondence and facilities management;
- Invoice & expense processing.
