This is a phone-based role in which you will receive inbound customer calls as well and generating new business through leads that are allocated to and various outbound campaigns. This could look like:

- Solution based sales - understanding a customers needs and selling them the best product
- Updating existing customers on new product offerings
- Contacting lapsed customers
- Calling customers who have put through an enquiry and converting them to a sale
- Working with internal stakeholders to provide quotations
- Updating the CRM

**The Successful Applicant**:
The business will provide you extensive training and development, but they do require you to have the below experience and characteristics to succeed:

- Previous experience in a phone based role - either inbound with an up-selling component, or outbound (telemarketing, lead generation etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine love for building rapport with people
- A team player
