- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or hotel industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual

We are seeking a Travel Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients during their journeys across Canada. This role offers a competitive daily rate of CA$260 - CA$350 and exciting opportunities to explore the beauty of this country. As a Travel Assistant, you will be responsible for:
**1.** Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries that cater to our clients' preferences and needs, ensuring a memorable experience.

**2**. Logistics Management: Arrange transportation, accommodation, and activities, taking care of every detail to ensure a smooth trip.

**3.** Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and last-minute changes with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

**4.** Travel Guidance: Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and cultural experiences, making the trip memorable.

**5.** Problem Solving: Be resourceful and quick on your feet to handle unexpected situations and provide solutions to keep the travel experience stress-free.
