Due to expansion we are looking to appoint Cluster Area Managers throughout Australia to deliver business goals and objectives for your area of responsibility through the review of both financial and non financial data and the implementation of effective action plans. This scope is and not limited to rooms, food & beverage, spa, golf, meetings and MLR operations across all properties within your appointed Area / Cluster.

- Brisbane Central
- Sunshine Coast / Wide bay
- North Queensland - Cairns, Port Douglas, Townsville - **_(opportunity to be based at preferred location and travel between sites)._**_ _
- Sydney
- Regional NSW - Hunter Valley
- Melbourne
- Adelaide
- Northern Territory / Western Australia

**Your duties will include the following**:

- Support the business forecasts that anticipate future trends and allow early and effective management solutions
- Actively support and build Body Corporate relationships
- Research and understand regional market trends to identify potential regional impacts and make recommendations that drive innovation and performance
- Be an advocate of all People & Culture initiatives
- Build and foster industry relationships and as a company representative within Cluster area
- Drive a safety culture and actively manage all safety regulations & responsibilities
- Deliver a Pro-active Commercial Culture through holding the operation accountable for the delivery of all Commercially led initiatives at a cluster level
- Meet and exceed all NPS targets
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**

**To be successful in this role you will require the following**:

- Demonstrated minimum 2+ years managerial experience within the hospitality / Hotel sector
- Extensive experience operating and managing hotel environments preferably with strata Experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Extensive experience in managing people
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills with the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
