Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join our team. As the Rostering and Office Coordinator you will be an integral part of our business and a key DMS representative to ensure the smooth and efficient daily office operations and delivery of services provided to our participants. In this role you will closely with participants, families, and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support that meets the individual needs and goals of NDIS participants. As a primary contact providing a professional and friendly communication to welcome and assist guests, visitors, participants, and staff. The ideal person will join with:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication
- Take pride in organisation and time management, with high attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role and related industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Be proficient in Microsoft office suit (word, excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity in CRMs and rostering systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability be professional, compassionate and ethical in all interactions
Ideally, the successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of the NDIS with adequate industry experience. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
