We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to provide direct support our service team across NSW

**About the Company**:
SEDA Services are a commercial mechanical services provider. We pride ourselves on our workplace culture, team building exercises and professionalism. Established in 1998, we have developed into a leading supplier in the commercial servicing sector.

**This role will be responsible for**:

- Co-ordination of technicians in NSW
- Managing the on-call technician roster/phone divert weekly
- Raising and closing out, service calls, purchase orders, maintenance paperwork, customer invoices
- Upload/maintaining maintenance paperwork to customers portals and relevant systems
- Maintaining staff licences, site clearances, inductions etc.
- Managing the Branch company vehicles and equipment, registration, service, repairs etc.
- Maintaining Staff and Subcontractors licences and insurances matrix
- Completing administration paperwork
- Completing Payroll and timesheets with the assistance of payroll team
- Providing backup admin support for other branches when required by management
- Attending sites as required for audits, toolbox talks and customer meetings
- Assisting with administration for service projects

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience
- Pronto experience essential

Experience in the HVAC service industry highly desirable
