**The Company**
A well-known financial services brand in their sector, this business has been experiencing an exciting growth phase in the recent market and continue to grow their team with experienced risk and compliance professionals.

**The Role**
The Risk & Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing Line 2 SME support to the senior management using various data analytics tools and reporting, to help uplift their risk framework.

The responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing insightful reporting to Risk Committees and senior management.
- Continuous development and improvement of internal GRC systems.
- Assurance reviews and deep dives as required.
- Effective stakeholder management and business partnering around risk requirements.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

**Your Profile**

***
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Accounting, Business, Finance, Data Sciences, or IT).
- Risk management experience within the Australian Financial Services sector
- Strong data reporting and visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
