**Your new company**
This eastern suburbs based independent Catholic College for boys provides diverse academic, sporting, cultural, environmental, and spiritual curriculum. **Your new role**
The school looks to this Risk and Compliance Manager to advance strong a risk management, compliance and safety culture in all areas of its operation, providing guidance and advice as the school’s centre of expertise for risk and compliance matters. Further to this, the role will be tasked with;
- Managing and maintaining the College's risk and compliance programs, including the frameworks, policies and procedures.
- Fostering and imbedding a culture of risk management and compliance for continuous improvement.
- Manage monitoring and reporting, including changes in risk, breaches and incidents, and develop comprehensive reports for the Leadership and Committees as appropriate.
- Ensure effective maintenance and development of the Risk and Compliance Registers and administration of the risk and compliance software tools.
- Ensure the appropriate management, reporting, review and escalation of risks, breaches and incidents, and other areas of risk management across the College within appropriate timeframes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this position you will have;
- Relevant qualifications within Risk, Compliance, OHS or similar.
- Significant experience in a similar environment/organisation and role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and interpreting legislation/regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of, and experience with, risk management standards and theory.
- Preferred knowledge and previous experience with Operoo (formerly CareMonkey).
