Account Manager

Our client, an Australian owned market leader within their sector is now requiring a new Account Manager to join their ever-expanding team.
With ongoing support and mentoring you will be allocated an existing customer base to service, nurture and achieve portfolio growth. Full training will be provided, along with the ability to work in their central Melbourne workspace 3 to 4 days per week with the remainder of your week offered as work from home.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Customer first mentality
- Service, nurture and grow your portfolio
- Educate customers on best practice within their product mix
- Manage the full life cycle of campaigns, including onboarding, growing, and retaining
- Manage a large volume of inbound/outbound calls each day
**Experience Required**:
- **Previous experience in account management in a high volume phone based role**
- Ability to work autonomously with support that is not face to face
- Familiarity with Salesforce highly advantageous
- Exposure to online marketing or advertising is an advantage
- Capability to not only service customers but continue their growth
- Aptitude in utilising data within your recommendations
This role has **realistic** expectations of $100k to $110k OTE, with all tools of the trade supplied.
