Due to an internal relocation, a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service and Administration Support person to join our fantastic team at our Alexandrina Branch. This is a full-time permanent position, that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

**Your day to day would include**:

- Processing of administrative documentation.
- Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries.
- Process domestic courier requests.
- Assist with trade counter data entry as directed.
- Ensures compliance with all Polyaire policies and procedures.
- Assistance in stores as required.
- Due to the nature of the role, some lifting may be required.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested.

To make you “shine in your role” you will possess:

- Face to face selling experience with an entrepreneurial spirit
- A strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Be highly organised, great at multi-tasking and strong attention to detail
- Have basic numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a retail, hardware, trade type environment will be highly regarded, but not essential
