**Description**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant, to be responsible for Customer Care, service, and relations across M.J. Bale. This role will work in conjunction with the National Operations Manager and support with the development and execution of both short
- and long-term strategies designed to optimise current business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers
Act as a champion for the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and preferences are at the forefront of decision-making processes
Resolving Customer complaints efficiently
Leading and guiding the Customer Care team
Working through all Customer Complaints in collaboration with Retail Teams
Monitor and analyze customer and stores feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer first attitude and a strong sense of empathy
- Ability to manage up in an efficient and timely manner
- Customer-centric with a consistent commitment to provide high quality customer service and go above and beyond
- Solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practice
