**About Us**

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

**About the Role**

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes across Courts Group As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing fast-paced tasks. If you're a highly organized, process-driven individual with a passion for making an impact, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of recruitment activities.
- Coordination of pre-employment screening i.e., VEVO and Criminal History checks
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Springboard.
- Generate employment contracts.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all People Services information while accessing systems.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience within Human Resources administration or support roles ideally in a role with a data coordination and management focus.
- Exceptional administrative and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or working towards) or equivalent experience (desirable).
