Fleet Controller/Allocator
- Kemps Creek

My client is a successful leading Transport and logistics Company. They are seeking an experienced Radio Operator/Fleet Allocator for their depot in Kemps Creek.

**Responsibilities**
- Allocate and distribute pick ups in accordance with customer pick up instructions.
- Ensure pick ups are effectively distributed and completed.
- Maintain close control over pick up schedules by ensuring customers are informed of any delays and or changes to pick up plans.
- Coordinate the inbound operational movements.
- Liaise with the operations team on a daily basis with regards to inbound movements.

**To be considered for this role you must have the following**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in radio rooM/Fleet allocation (Essential)
- Experience with Pick Up Allocations (Essential)
- Sound Geographical knowledge (Sydney Metro)
- Sound knowledge and awareness of CoR (Chain of Responsibility) laws and load restraint
- Ability to manage resources well under pressure
- Sound knowledge of freight handling, service orientation, lateral and innovative thinking, awareness of effective cost control
- Flexible and able to adapt to constant change
- Be highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Professional and focused at all times
- Exceptional Work Ethic
- Computer literate
