Junior Purchasing Officer - New Gold Mining Project - Based West Perth
Junior Procurement Officer - Based West Perth

This Gold mining company is looking for a Junior Procurement Officer to join their operation based in West Perth. They are looking to take a Gold mine out of care and maintenance and the Procurement Manager is looking for a Procurement Officer to deal with the transactional purchasing. Over time you will be trained in higher level contracts and procurement.

Your duties will include:

- Issue RFQ’s to both Australian and International suppliers.
- Liaise with the project team to define product and services scope and specifications for the RFQ’s
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and service providers to obtain lowest cost.
- Ensure compliance to budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of supply agreements
- Assist with the establishment of suppliers in Master data.
- Raise POs in Pronto.
- Confirm receipt of goods for payment.
