**Your role**:
As the Principal Policy Officer, you will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

- Receive and triage written correspondence whilst conducting thorough and timely comprehensive reviews of incoming material.
- Monitor incoming correspondence and processing status to ensure high risk complaints are escalated to be dealt with expeditiously.
- Maintain accurate complaint and enquiry records in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Produce accurate, high quality correspondence aligned with legislation and policies and following the Ministerial and Executive Services Unit Guidelines.
- Produce correspondence in response to ministerial requests.
- Build productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance and improvements of processes to ensue best practice in complaints management.

Please note, the successful applicant will be required to travel between regional offices.
