**Your Role with Us**:
As an (Affiliate) Marketing Coordinator at Easygo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving growth for our global brands/products. Your primary responsibility is to foster and manage relationships with partners, serving as a crucial link between our company and the broader affiliate network. By strategically identifying, recruiting, and collaborating with affiliates in the English speaking regions, you will help drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue, ensuring our continued success in a highly competitive industry.

**What you will do**:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and provide them with ongoing support and guidance to optimize their marketing efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs and targets.
- Handle day-to-day engagement and communication with partners.
- Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.
- Educate affiliates on our products, services, and promotional offers to enhance their marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in crypto, online gaming, and affiliate marketing.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.

**What you will bring**:

- Prior experience in marketing, ideally affiliate marketing in online industries, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams.
- A good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of digital and affiliate marketing.
- The ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions to enhance affiliate performance.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Knowledge or experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC and social media can be beneficial for optimizing affiliate marketing strategies.
- Being familiar with graphic design platforms that are used to create social media graphics and marketing banners (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Creatopy etc.)
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira.
