**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Marketing Coordinator is integral to the team providing support to the Marketing Manager & Marketing Consultant on key programs of work and taking the lead on a number of projects across small and medium marketing initiatives.

The Leisure Marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Leisure portfolio, driving acquisition, engagement and strengthening relationships with existing Members and customers. This includes proposition development, marketing strategy development / optimisation and Member and customer engagement/utilisation.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Marketing team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

- Development of weekly newsletter and web briefs by liaising with product stakeholders to support delivery of business needs
- Development of monthly service communications including eDM and SMS to Club Members
- Coordination of photo shoots to help support content calendar and marketing campaigns.
- Developing campaign plans and briefs (under guidance, where appropriate), which facilitate operational planning (and implementation), the media & creative development process (agency side) and fulfilment (mailing houses etc.).
- Coordinating the production of campaign elements, including monthly Club benefits, events and partnership activities, on site advertising and in-room screens, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties including product, legal and compliance sign-off.
- Supporting Marketing Lead and Marketing Consultant in executing certain campaign elements.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 2+ years experience in marketing/campaign coordination including through the line mediums
- A solid understanding of consumer marketing with Leisure specialism well regarded
- Strong campaign development and execution skills with experience across a range of marketing channels
- High level of stakeholder management experience
- Collaborative and adaptive approach
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Agility to work in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication skills, credible and naturally inquisitive.
- Ability to simplify complexity
- Travel industry experience an advantage
