Our client, an ASX 100 top performer, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
*
- Coordinate Retail Marketing Plans to ensure strong alignment & execution against client's values
- Coordinate & assist Brand presentation in Melbourne marketplace - ensuring old logos are updated to ensure the client remains consistent and relevant with their executions/logos and trademarks
- Brand seasonal directives coordination and execution of seasonal brand/Retail marketing plans as agreed by the business
- Liaise with commercial team on a regular basis to build relationships as well as ensuring the brand is represented at the consumer level in the best possible way
- Seek out opportunities for the brand in line with the overall marketing strategy with the client's Partners
- Raise, print and submit purchase orders for approval and pass onto Accounts Payable and update budget accordingly
- Keep relevant records/supporting documentation to enable auditing of purchase orders, and timely payment of creditors invoices
- Work with Accounts Payable team to respond to creditor queries and work with marketing management to ensure payments are made on time, and goods and services are delivered as required.
- Preparation of marketing decks for sales, product and marketing purposes
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality sell in assets for commercial team on a seasonal basis in a timely and accurate manner

**Salary**: $54,961.77 - $84,320.13 per year
