Role Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the Mr. Smith team. If you're passionate about premium beauty, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and are ready to roll up your sleeves across campaigns, content, PR and customer experience — this could be the perfect fit.

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the execution of our brand's marketing and communications across multiple touch points — from PR send-outs and social asset coordination to campaign logistics and internal admin.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, Brand Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Digital Communications team, this role is integral in keeping everything moving smoothly — and beautifully. No two days are the same, and that's just how you like it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with campaign planning, product launches, and seasonal marketing activations
  • Coordinate product send-outs, event collateral and PR logistics
  • Maintain the brand's asset library and manage internal folders and templates
  • Support customer service communications and online store queries
  • Proofread and assist with social captions, email content and digital updates
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team across digital, education, and retail channels
KEY SKILLS
  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing support or coordination role
  • Organised, thorough, and confident juggling multiple priorities
  • Great eye for detail and strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable in Canva, Microsoft & Google Suite and familiar with tools like Shopify, Yotpo and Gorgias
  • Positive, team-focused, and eager to grow your marketing career within a design-led, founder-driven brand
