Miami Bakehouse is seeking a professional, energetic Store Manager to lead our Falcon Cafe. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive sales, lift team performance, and foster a welcoming customer environment.

**About the Role**

Located in Falcon Grove Shopping Centre, just 10 minutes from central Mandurah, Miami Bakehouse Falcon is a favourite with local residents and holiday homeowners in the area. Known for award-winning coffee, fresh pastries, and a friendly service, we are looking for a leader who can bring renewed energy and strong leadership.

This is a full-time position offering up to $80,000 per year plus monthly bonuses up to $800 based on performance (consistently achieved across the last 3 months)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspire and coach a motivated team while ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere
- Oversee all aspects of cafe operations with a focus on driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining product and service quality
- Build a store environment that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty
