About the Role

Located in Falcon Grove Shopping Centre, just 10 minutes from central Mandurah, Miami Bakehouse Falcon is a favourite with local residents and holiday homeowners in the area. Known for award-winning coffee, fresh pastries, and a friendly service, we are looking for a leader who can bring renewed energy and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspire and coach a motivated team while ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere

· Oversee all aspects of cafe operations with a focus on driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining product and service quality

· Build a store environment that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty

· Proven experience in hospitality or retail management
