**Working Couple for Private Estate in Toorak, Melbourne**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced working couple to manage a prestigious private estate in Toorak. This unique opportunity offers a competitive salary of **$150,000 (including Superannuation) and comes with FREE accommodation and paid utilities.**

**Positions Available**:
**1. Handyman / Groundskeeper**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and serviced.**:

- **Maintain the estate grounds, including assisting in landscaping, gardening, and seasonal plantings.**:

- **Perform general maintenance duties and repairs.**:

- **Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor areas, including pools, patios, and walkways.**:

- **Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events and gatherings.**:

- **Collaborate with contractors and service providers as needed for specialised maintenance tasks.**:

- **Maintain an inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.**:

- **Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that the estate complies with relevant regulations.**

**Requirements**:

- Qualified trades' person preferred with experience in maintenance and repairs.
- A valid driving license is essential for operating estate vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in grounds keeping and gardening is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**2. Housekeeper**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct general cleaning of all areas within the estate, including living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.**:

- **Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and organising clothing and linens.**:

- **Assist service butlers in the delivery of food and beverages for events and private dining experiences.**:

- **Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the estate.**:

- **Inventory and replenish cleaning supplies and household items as needed.**:

- **Assist with event preparations, including setting up dining areas and ensuring that service is smooth and efficient.**:

- **Report any maintenance or repair needs to the handyman.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in high-end cleaning and housekeeping within private estates or luxury environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members, including butlers and maintenance personnel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
