We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to assist our current clients but also be an integral part of growing the business by promoting Metropole Buyers Agency and expanding the client database.

Who You Are:
- A natural deal maker with a passion for property and people
- Experienced in real estate or business development (3+ years preferred)
- Current Real Estate License & driver's license, reliable vehicle
- Confident sourcing off-market deals and nurturing referral networks
- Experience in developing a personal brand that resonates with target clients
- Motivated, proactive and ready to grow with a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, assess, and secure properties that align with client briefs and Metropole standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, solicitors, brokers, sales agents
- Lead negotiations with selling agents, securing terms that protect client interests and improve outcomes.
- Self-source and generated new clients – high commission will be reward in this area.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including price and rental appraisals, pre purchase inspection analysis and Co-ordinate pre-settlement inspections and Pest & Building reports.
- Ensure the client has a satisfactory purchase with negative property or financial impact
- Collaborate with the Strategy and Research divisions to align property targets with market timing and client goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely records in CRM, portals, and shared systems.
- Manage the deal through to unconditional status and liaise with Settlement Support to ensure a smooth handover.
- Respond to feedback or incident reviews with improvement actions.
- Consistently contribute to division discussions, training, and development initiatives.
- Actively apply feedback and coaching and pursue self-development to continually elevate the standard of your performance.
What We're Looking For
- Property: You must have purchased investment property and be actively building your own property portfolio.
- Real estate experience minimum 3 years preferred + Licence
- Sales experience & Business development highly regarded (any industry)
- Able to generate your own self source client – commissions paid higher.
- Experience: Must have an extensive background as a buyer's agent with a proven track record (min 3 years)
- Track-record of meeting and exceeding KPI's in past roles.
- Advanced influence and sales skills, including rapport building, questioning, presenting, negotiating, and objection handling.
- High level time management and organisational skills.
- Ambitious: A self-starter with the drive to earn $200k+ per year.
- Comfort with using CRM technology and tools such as High-Level CRM, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, DocuSign.
