Blake Oliver Consulting are proud to partner with one of Australia's Largest leading Brokerages in Sydney, CBD. Together we are seeking to resource an Account Executive with a focus on the Construction Industry across General Insurance products to service a portfolio of national accounts.

Are you ready to take your career to new heights in the fast-paced world of the construction industry? We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Junior/Mid-Level Account Executive to join one of Australia's largest brokerages with a focus on servicing national accounts, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional insurance solutions to construction clients, ensuring their projects are protected and their risks are mitigated.

**As an Account Executive your duties will include -**
- Build and maintain strong relationships servicing a portfolio of national construction accounts. Understand their unique Insurance needs and develop tailored solutions to protect their interests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with Underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums on behalf of clients. Secure the most competitive and comprehensive insurance policies to meet their specific requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks within the Construction Industry. Share insights with clients and internal teams, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the insurance field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Chance to make a meaningful impact by protecting businesses in the Construction industry and contributing to their success.

**Ideal Experience**
- An interest in the construction industry and a solid understanding of general insurance products.
- Tier 1
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Effective communication, negotiation, relationship management and influencing skills.
- Positive and progressive personality both personally and personally.
- Interested in progressing their career to the next stage.
