Working for a leading brand in the financial services space you will provide HR support to the People and Culture Business Partners.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract that has become available due to a secondment and has the potential to be made permanent.

**The Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Provide administration and co-ordination for staff related movements
- Carrying out exit Interviews and related surveys
- Administration of the performance management system
- Develop and deliver on all aspects of company surveys via CultureAmp
- Administration of reward and recognition programs, including system maintenance, vendor relationship and company value awards program
- Participate in strategic People and Culture projects
- Other day to day P&C duties

**To be considered for the role you will**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business discipline preferred
- Proven work experience within a HR role
- Ability to work autonomously and can hold accountability
- Available immediately
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience with CHRIS 21, SAP, Culture Amp highly desired
