**About the Role**:
Baptcare Affordable Housing (BAH) is an innovative and unique Community Housing Organisation. BAH built Australia’s first highly energy-efficient PassivHauses for social housing and are in the midst of an exciting period of growth to continue to play our part in responding to the challenges of Australia’s housing crisis.

The Housing Administration Worker’s primary focus is to provide a high standard of administrative support to the BAH team during this time, by undertaking a range of tasks in support of key operational functions. Additionally, you will participate in projects being undertaken to improve systems, procedures and record keeping.

Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and experience with management of electronic filing systems and databases.

**You will ideally bring the following**:
Relevant and transferable experience in a comparable role
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
Strong communications skills, including written and verbal communication
Sound Office Administration skills to a high standard, including the use of Microsoft Office Software (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).
Previous experience in housing or community services desirable
Satisfactory National Crime Check, renewed every three (3) years
Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle
Full and ongoing Right to Work in Australia
