Do you love a chat, have a sense of humor and love animals? 

The role will involve supporting our Client with personal cares, domestic assistance and community access.

A range of shifts will be available across a seven-day roster. Potential shift times range from 6am to 9am, and or 8pm to 10pm. There may be some opportunity for shifts outside of these times.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities  

To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered 

Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist 

Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs 

Provide support to our Clients as required 

Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner 

Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required 

Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients 

To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals 

To be Successful you must  

Resonate with the role description above 

Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) 

Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain) 

Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card 

Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain
- preferred) 

Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia 

Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives 

Manual handling experience required

**Salary**: From $33.21 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work
