**About the role**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team in the Ipswich / Bundamba area, providing exceptional care to our client with ASD and an intellectual disability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 2:1 support during daytime, evening and overnight shifts.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with the client and his family.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including family members.
- Implement Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) with a focus on PBS strategies.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with families and other stakeholders.
- A calm and composed presence, especially in high-stress situations.
- Availability and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
