**The Job**
- **Hotel Guest Service Agent **_

We are looking for a customer focused and passionate Guest service agent to join our Front Office team on a Full Time basis. Reporting to the Rooms Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- Be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their stay.
- Be the first and last impression of the hotel for our guests and provide Check-In, Check-Out and information services throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and efficient level of service
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellence guest service

About You

To excel in the role, you should have;
- Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Looking to grow your career within hotels and highly motivated
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
