**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Performance analysis of benefits, and development of recommendations for improvement
- Driving implementation of improvements
- Research and assess our competitors’ structures to ensure we maintain a leading value proposition
- Work with providers, clinical advisors and professional bodies to ensure benefits are in line with effective, modern and reasonable clinical practices
- Develop reasonability guides and advise on claims adjudication rules

**About You**
- Experience in research and ability to gather valuable information
- Knowledge of health insurance industry, ancillary benefits and related regulations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and motivation to work autonomously
