Reporting to the Head of Ancillary and Overseas, the NSW/ACT Provider Network Manager - Ancillary is a key role within the Health Partnerships and Networks (HPN) hub.
We are the go-to squad for ancillary and overseas providers with a passion to improve our provider and customer experience through our national and local partnerships.
We are a relationship building and contracting powerhouse, full of passion and expert knowledge.
We believe in building meaningful relationships with our ancillary and overseas providers.
In this key role you will ideally be based in Sydney and hold a valid Drivers License.
**This role will be accountable for**:
- Leading all provider negotiations in line with agreed commercial and operational parameters
- Managing negotiations on time, within budget and to agreed policy and strategic parameters
- Implementing contract management processes to ensure agreement performance meets agreed outcome and financial targets and meets compliance policy
- Fostering strong relationships with providers and industry/professional bodies to deliver industry leading NPS results
- Maintaining network coverage within business rules to support the provider and customer value proposition
**Now, who are you?**
Enough about us, let's talk about youyou are degree qualified and will have proven experience in navigating complex commercial conversations and negotiation processes within a health or business environment.
You will also be competent across a range of Microsoft Office products, data analytics and reporting tools.
Exceptional project management skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills are essential for this role as are strong written communication skills.
You are happy to work independently and are someone who likes to think of new ways of doing things to improve current processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyse complex information is also essential.
