The **Ancillary Product Manager** is responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and optimisation of a diverse seating ancillary portfolio integrated across multiple sales channels. The key focus of this position will be to manage portfolio customer and commercial performance, innovate and enhance the offering, and continuously improving the customer value proposition. Your ability to design and manage your portfolio performance, ideate and execute new initiatives, engage effectively with stakeholders and deliver against targets will be central to your success.

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a product portfolio, combining analytical insight, creativity, and leadership to elevate our seating ancillary offerings and maximise impact. **What you'll bring to the role**:

- 5+ years' experience, ideally with product management background
- Strong commercial feel with a well-developed understanding of strategic, financial, customer,
- technological and business issues
- Highly effective stakeholder management with the ability to communicate with all levels of
- management
- Strong ownership and drive to exceed goals
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to derive business decisions from data.
- Proven skills in commercial negotiation and change management with internal and
- external partners and industry professionals
- Experience in the travel industry or related field
- Knowledge of Qantas product, systems & processes
- Experience in continuous improvement
