**Frontline Cyber Defence for SALHN: Manager Role Available**

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Director of Digital Health, some of your duties as the Cyber Security Manager may involve:

- Providing leadership in the developing and maintaining a robust cyber security governance framework and providing advice to inform strategy, standards and directions.
- Providing leadership on the development and implementation and development of cyber security policies.
- Leading security operations to detect and respond to potential threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in cyber security, information technology or other relevant field, and / or security accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience in providing positive leadership in a senior manager role in a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in cyber security management and delivery of ICT security services and functions across an organisation, including incident response, implementing innovative security solutions and controls, identifying security, operational and compliance risks, preparing risk assessments across a range of service platforms and recommending appropriate action.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cyber security strategies and policies.
- Demonstrated high level research, analytical skills and critical thinking with significant ability to act strategically, to analyse and conceptualise problems, formulate and execute appropriate solutions in a sound, business-like manner.
