**About the role**:
Reporting to the Director of Digital Health, some of you duties for the role will include:

- Lead the design and execution of the organisation's AI strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Providing leadership in the developing and maintaining a robust AI governance framework and providing advice to inform strategy, standards and directions
- Manage the integration of AI technologies into existing software, systems, and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and mínimal disruption
- Developing education and training programs to upskill staff in cyber security within the evolving digitally enabled environment
- Influence, maintain and support a culture of performance, professionalism and continuous improvement within the team

**About you**:

- Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, implement, manage and evaluate goals, objectives and strategies which recognise organisational priorities in the context of resource constraints and a continually changing social, economic and political environment
- Demonstrated high level research, analytical skills and critical thinking with significant ability to act strategically, to analyse and conceptualise problems, formulate and execute appropriate solutions in a sound, business-like manner
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and governance standards
- Extensive experience in documenting and presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Health, machine learning, or data science roles
