SA Health, a leading healthcare provider in South Australia, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Part-time, Ongoing Assistant Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) - Education SALHN Emergency Departments. This pivotal role will be based at the Flinders Medical Centre unit within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager - Emergency Department in this role you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare education and contribute to the development of our dedicated staff. As the ANUM - Education SALHN Emergency Departments, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating education programs that align with best practices and ensure the highest quality of patient care. Duties for the role will include:

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify educational needs and develop targeted training programs.
- Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences for nursing staff, utilising innovative teaching methodologies.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the emergency departments.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records of staff training and competencies.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering an environment of excellence and growth

**About you**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in nursing or a related field is essential, along with demonstrated experience in clinical education and a deep understanding of emergency nursing practices.
- You must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
