We’re looking for our next Superstar Sales Agents & Assistants.

Sales Agents
- The opportunity to join a well established team with a great culture
- First-class administration support, leaving you to list & sell
- On going, regular training internally and within THE ELEET Caroline Springs network
- Assistance in building your own brand within the market
- Unlimited earning potential within the sales industry

Sales Assistants
- Paid Training
- Your pathway to becoming an Real Estate agent in under 12 months
- You’ll receive a base salary generous commissions
- Participate in weekly In-House training and mentoring with our Group Directors as well as our Senior Associates

If you tick the following boxes we would love to hear from you:

- A current Real Estate Certificate, or an Agent Representative Certificate, or willing to obtain one
- Current drivers license
- Hard working and ambitious is a MUST
- Be immaculately presented & well groomed
- Own your own car
- Have excellent people and communication skills
- Possess a strong work ethic which is results based
- Have ambition and motivation to take your career to a new level
- Genuine desire to create a career, not just have a job
- Experience in sales/customer service
- Committed and able to work 5 days per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
