**The Hotel Windsor is looking for dynamic, confident, sophisticated Bartenders for its landmark Cricketers Bar.**
**About the Hotel**
The Hotel Windsor is an iconic Australian hotel embodying the architecture and elegance of a European style 'Grand Hotel', situated on Spring Street and located at the 'Paris' end of Melbourne. Our beautiful hotel is looking for Bartenders to join the team in our iconic Cricketers Bar.
**About the Role**
This position is ideal for an experienced Food and Beverage professional who wants to join one of the most iconic and historic Bars in Melbourne.
In this role you will report to the Bar Manager and work with the team in a supportive environment and professional manner.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- work closely with the Bar team in a supportive environment and professional manner;
- focus on the overall success of the Bar and the satisfaction of our guests;
- assist in the opening and closing procedures of the Bar;
- respond efficiently to all guest enquiries;
- follow opening and closing procedures.

**Skills & Experience**:

- An ability to demonstrate superior team playing skills;
- A passion for customer service;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
- High standard of personal presentation;
- At least one year experience in a similar position;
- Valid RSA certificate.
