About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team at The Last Stop Wine Bar Essendon, VIC. This is a part-time opportunity to showcase your bartending expertise and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Following all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Supporting the wider hospitality team as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous bartending or bar service experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
