The Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time talented & energetic Bar Supervisor, someone who is eager to develop their skills and lead our team in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Demonstrate an expert knowledge of our food and beverage menu including contemporary and classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beers.

  • Engage with guests, providing recommendations and exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience.

  • Ensure bar operations are well-maintained and stocked, including glassware, garnishes and other essential supplies.

  • Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, adhering to all relevant health and liquor regulations.

Our successful candidate will have:

  • Prior supervisory or proven experience as a Bartender in a bar or gastro pub and high-volume environment.

  • Strong knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.

  • The ability to multitask and keep your cool in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

  • Excellent time management skills to ensure drinks are prepared in a timely manner.
