**About the role**:
Working in a high performing Digital team, you will be designing and developing new solutions for both internal and external users. Working within a friendly and dynamic team, this role is responsible for design, configuration and development within our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This includes defining scope, and detailed design for end to end solutions.
The opportunity will suit an all-rounder skill-set; someone with a business focus and great stakeholder management/communication skills, who can lead the end-to-end delivery of Marketing initiatives.
Key targets include:

- Designing and developing Marketing Automation solutions in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform
- Execute Marketing campaigns using various tools in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform and Salesforce CRM
- Maintaining, enhancing, and supporting existing Marketing Automation solutions
- Provide technical consulting to Consumer, Shellcard & Commercial marketing business units to plan and build out the marketing automation pipeline

**About you**:
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role;
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Technical proficiency with AMPScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & SQL
- Understanding of database and data structure principles
- Familiarity with Sales and Service Cloud & their data models
- Understanding of the Marketing Connector and Agile project methodology

- Is a strong verbal and written communicator.
- Responsible for providing suggestions and solutions in areas of software development, use and maintenance.
